i'd answer your question with yet another question: why do proper-wingers always pose questions in this web site that accuse Democrats of doing some thing that Republicans do both regularly or from time to time extra regularly? Why is it ok for a Republican to do some thing yet a Democrat is by some means undesirable at the same time as they do an similar element? I tire of this hypocrisy. There hasn't ever been a celebration so unwilling or unable to brook any dissension, any differing evaluations or any straying from the party line because the Republican party as on the prompt constituted. To pretend that they are open, inclusive, lifelike and tolerant at the same time as the Democrats are not to any extent further is so a recommendations previous ludicrous that it means that you stay on a planet with out info.

being an officer in an organization of necessity who's primary function is war, death and destruction or being in control of huge companies that break the backs of small mom & pop shops is your measure of leadership? How many small companies (the real backbone of our economy) are owned by R vs D? How many R vs D quietly nurture the masses through scouting, shelter groups, feeding the hungry, assisting the elderly, etc.

Regardless of your claim the only people are creating wealth in this country are the movie business, software and technology industries, in which the US dominates the world in these sectors and who seem to be littered with liberals. Oh I forgot...the conservative oil business is make a boat load of dough by screwing the country. I see the leadership.

Duh,

They don't lack leadership skills. People lack integrity. The love of money causes people to become GOP, not morality or leadership skills.

You people just don't understand much do you?

With all those Republicans in the military, it is pretty amazing that NONE of George Bush's chickenhawk cadre served in the military. His one who did, Powell, got pushed out because they wouldn't listen to his truth.

And of course Fortune 500 leaders will lean republican - they know who is buttering their bread and helping them steal from their employees and customers.
