I am having trouble with my Right Rear tailLights... I have been told by several people, I may have a bad Panel, or a bad ground... The blinker blinks fast, tail light is dim... Does anyone have any suggestions???

Your tail light has two bulbs. One is a taillight only, and the other is also used as a turn signal light. That one is burned out making it blink fast to let you know to replace it.

You probably have a bad circuit panel in the taillamp assembly. Remove the bulb that is very dim. At the base of the buld there will be small wires that make a connection to the circuit board when the bulb is snapped in. Gently bend those wires out to allow for a stronger connection. Apply a small amount of white grease to the base of the bulb and reinstall. If it doesn't fix the problem then you will need a new circuit board.

i had a 95 chevy pu. the right rear tail light circuit board was always a problem. i went through 4 of them in 6 years. you can pick one up for about $20.

You have a bad ground, it is feeding back through the other light, fix the ground and your good to go.
