He absolutely can win the Republican nomination. I can't wait for the primaries. This is going to be good.

Romney makes himself whatever is popular at the moment in terms of politics. Remember when he ran against Kennedy in 94 and said that he would do more for gay rights than Kennedy did? Goldwater would probably slap a ho if he saw Romney win the nomination

The name of the game is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. It is sad that whoever has the ultra wealthy voters who can give thousands (and of course, expect special favors) will drive most of the other candidates away before we can even get to know them.
I really like what I have seen and heard from MITT ROMNEY but like with all these others I would like to know more about his record and his position on other issues such as taxes, health care, individual freedoms, immigration, etc. and of course I 'd like to hear some constructive ideas about the situation in Iraq, Iran, N.Korea, Bin Laden, etc.
If they would speak their true feelings on these things now we could start to track their speech and see how it changes for different sectors of the Country.

He can, just by the simple fact that there's no clear front-runner. McCain? Guilliani? Is there anyone out there right now, Democrat or Republican, that has such a large lead that you would call it insurmountable?

Uh, sure, I think we're all ready for a president who wears 'magic' underwear and believes that he's going to be a God someday with dozens of wives because his religion says so!

Yes, he can. He has all the social conservatives fooled into thinking he is a real social conservative. Romney is a flip-flopper.

Maybe. At least Hillary can't use Universal Healthcare against him since he initialized it in his state.
