Of coz no! white wig is only used in the English court but not in the UK parliment! Lolz! The white wigs in the court sometimes can be related to the style at that time which is in 18th century when it is a fashion adopted well by the English public untill influnce the court of justice to wear it. Notice that the public at that time is commonly black in color but only in the court is white because they put on white powder for some important event. You can refer the souce below. ; )
