Each preganacy is different. Some feel movement earlier than others. 16 weeks is ideal but sometimes its later or earlier. It also depends on your weight. The more leaner the person the more they can feel.

Generally movements are felt in the 5th month. This is called quickening. If you have been pregnant before and know what movements feel like you may be able to detect movement sooner!

depending on your baby, you can start feeling it as early as 4 months, or later. I first felt it at 3 months and 18 days and it was just fluttering and progressively got stronger over the next few weeks and at 4 months 3 days, i felt an actual kick. so depending on you and how big your baby is, and where it is is how long it might take to feel the baby move. but don't worry- you will feel it move sooner than you think! Congratulations on your new soon-to-be baby!!

More than likely, yes. I started feeling movements around 16 weeks with both pregnancies. It starts out feeling like little flutters, then the flutters get stronger, and they feel more like actual kicks. It's really cool!

Actually unborn babies movements start very soon after conception. Most women start feeling them around the 3rd or 4th month.
