Where is the best place to live if you plan to be a psychologist?

I wish to become one and I knowthat Alabama isn't exactly floodd with them and I want to be mroe like the psychologist that listens to your everyday prolems and tris to fid a solution for why you feel ovewhelmed, underappreciated..
