Maybe you're looking in the wrong places...you can still play like a kid, but it's different now. Hang out with some children. Play with them without worrying about how you look..they dont' care! Go bowling or mini-golfing. Do something mindless that is just pure fun. Babysit if you have to just to give you an excuse to play! The problem is that at 18 you have far different ideas about the world. I'm afraid it will never be the same once you've been introduced to the "adult" world.....you have genuine worries and real stress. Find some kids---a sibling, cousin, a friend's child, etc. Go finger paint, bake, or play some silly games. I run a summer camp and have had the same staff come back every year for like 8 years because it gives them the excuse to play again. We do arts and crafts, put on plays, and play silly games that only kids really enjoy. Find some fun...it's out there, even if it's only short lived. :)

It doesn't matter how old you are you can still have fun!! You still seem to act like your to good or mature to run around and have fun!! Just forget about being mature and have a snowball fight with some friends or play tag or play in the mud! You're never too old or too mature to enjoy life!!!!
:)

why don't you sign up for a big brother program,or a mentor program, then you can enjoy some other child's memories and be a kid yourself,or volunteer at a school , or some place where there are children.you could help in making someone Elise's childhood memories wonderful

The Answer is simple! You only live one life! I still play in the McDonald's playland with my nieces and sit in the front row at the movie theatre. Who cares what everyone else thinks? My advice to you is to have fun and live your life to the fullest.

I never got to have fun either,But you can do something with kids.If you act all goofy around kids it makes them more comfortable around you.Maybe try the big brothers and big sisters club. You might have more fun than you think.
