Take it to a bank, and see what they tell you. Usually if you have more than half of a bill, they will trade you. But less than half, and they won't, because you could try it at two different banks.

Yes, as long as you have your id and leave all of your contact information at the bank. Some banks may give you a hard time about it, but as long as it has the serial number on it, and it's at least 51% of the bill it will be fine.

I've taken bills like that to my bank and they took them and gave me new bills... (The only halves they will take and exchange are the ones with the serial numbers so the bill can be taken out of circulation and shredded)

If you send me the pieces i can fix them for you at a nominal fee and return them to you. LOL. AS long as you have over 50% of the bill left you can exchange it at a bank for whole bills.

I'm not sure on this. I think you have to have the larger part of the bill but an easy solution is take it to the bank and see what they say.
