False I am very depressed I have lost 1 brother @ age 5 a sister when I was 7 and another brother when I was 10 I lost my Grandpa (he died before i was born) I lost my cousin I lost my UNcle &Aunt but my friends still call me the funniest kid in class I can make almost anyone laugh (except for my older brothers and sisters)

Smiling and laughing are such natural and automatic responses to "inner feelgood", that if you are around a particular person long enough to know that he or she just never seems to do either, it's a pretty fair conclusion that person is emotionally burdoned with something. In fact, people who seem actually angry most of the time are suffering from some kind of inner turmoil and just don't know how to handle it, or seek help for it.
One also has to feel a little suspicious of people who go around smiling ALL the time. That, too, goes against the natural pattern of self-expression, which means it is probably contrived, or "forced". This person may be attempting to "put on a good face" to hide inner distress; or it may even be the phony face of a con artist, because nothing disarms the other person like a friendly smile, or the appearance of "pleasantness"
I've also on a few occasions been around people who are very skilled and successful in some field of work that requires a lot of very deep concentration, and this kind of person can sometimes be very much of a "non-smiler". It's as if their minds are so deeply embedded in thoughts relating to their special field of expertise, they find it impossible to open the door and "come out to play" lol.

Well I think people who smile all the time can be depressed. But yes, from the outside looking in, it may appear to be that way.

real, for the reason which you be attentive to what they say some enormous butt and a grin: That woman is poison. EDIT: i could basically opt to point out to all the youngsters at here that "in no way believe a huge butt and a grin" is a line from the Bel Biv Devoe music "Poison". that's what makes this question humorous...its obvs no longer severe.

No, She could just be shy, or scared.
When she is with her friends, she probablly laughs and smiles, but without her friends around, she gets Shy.
and if she just started smiling for no reason, well...that would be creepy!

FALSE!!!! she may just be bored or got botox or something, so her lips won't move into a smile. not all sad or mad people are depressed, they could just be unhappy.
