'Olé!', in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, used to express excited approval, for example at sporting events. Derived from Arabic w-Allāh = "by Allah!", carried over from medieval Muslim rule in Spain.
It is adopted from Spain which is a chant in the bullfights when the fighter makes a swing over the bull.
In Argentina is like a motivation chant in soccer.
In Mexico is used as in bullfights, when the ball is passing around the adversary without touching it, meaning of completely domain of the game in soccer.

When Barcelona played vs Red Bulls, I was sitting next to Argentinians they did "ole ole ole" but using "messi, messi, messi" in stead.
