carry around an egg and a skillet. and when someone offers. say this is your brain... and hold up the egg. and then, smack it on the skillet and say "this is your brain on drugs" and then cook them an omlette and go about your buisness.

The way to say no to alcohol and drugs is easy, and does not need to involve explanations.
"No, I'm cool."
"No, thanks, I don't drink."
"No, thanks, I don't smoke."
"Really, I appreciate the offer, but no."
If somebody pushes you by saying, "come on man, this is good stuff..." Just say, "naw, man, I'm alright. It's cool. Just don't want any right now. Cool?"

sometimes the best way is to just say no and continue saying it
it is easier to say no the first time than after a year or so and you realize that you have harmed your body
