Can anyone tell me how to set the preset FM radio stations on my Sony CMTEH10?

My sisters bought it for me last Christmas (it's not stolen!). I did have the manual until I moved apartments. Am fed up tuning it manually but can't figure how to set the presets. Can anyone help?

And the remote control is also in a crate somewhere, so how to do this from the fromt panel would be really useful.
