I'm 24 and 5'0". My only advice is to eat healthy and don't smoke. That will allow you to grow to your full potential. You still have a couple of years to maybe hit one more growth spurt, but you very well might still end up under 5'5". It's okay though. Guys like it (trust me). We're "cuter" than the taller chicks, which gives us a great advantage. Also people don't suspect a little girl of causing any trouble, so we can get away with a little more than others for that.
You are who you are. Some things you can't change, so it's best to accept them now.

****Confidence in yourself will make you seem like the tallest girl in the room.****

I can't emphasize that enough! Stand up straight, stay confidant in who you are, and everyone will flood to you!

Well I have recently learned from an Orthopedic doctor that a girl/women will only grow 2-4 yrs after she starts her period. And it is usually only about an 1 to 3 inches. There really isn't anything you can do about growing taller. You can do stretching exercises, but really will not make you any taller as well. There is surgery, but that is really painful. I am sorry. I know that you want to grow taller.. but it is ok. Things are the way they are for a reason.. you'll see.

You can't make yourself magically become taller, but yoga has stretches that helps your body become long, nice, and flexed. Leg exercises, eating your vegies. You know all that things your parents will tell you!!! LolZ just wait a while going through puberty your body takes time to take its course. Your only 15, you might not stay like that forever. I know theres a girl in the sixth grade thats 5'8', and theres a girl whos also in the sixth grade whos only 4'1. See the differents. Usually people are tall, or short because it runs through the family, so thats probably why your short. But theres nothing wrong with your height. You'll probably get taller someday, your body is still growing, so just be patient.

I'm sorry to say this But there is no exercise for you to be more taller by your age. dont worry your still young and there is a slight chance that you height right now will still develop. The only advice to you is drin a glass of milk, that will help your bones to be nourished and add more mass.

But when you reach 18 years old the height you are in in that age is what you'll get, Cause your epiphyseal plates in your bone close when you 18 and growth stops when you reach the aged of 18. In male by age of 21

There is nothing you can do - you will be only as tall as your DNA allows. At 15 I wouldnt expect to grow much taller - maybe 1-2 inches at the most. I stopped growing at 13/14.

Carry a 3.5 inch thick book. When you want to be taller, put the book on the ground / floor and then step up onto the book.

You will only grow as much as genetics allow. Girls generally grow a max of 4-5 inches after they start their cycles.
