Depends on what type of files you want to delete.
If they are files you created, there should be no problem at all. Just fo to folder options > tick - show hidden files > now all ur hidden files & folders would be revealed. Delete them like any other file/folder.
Deleting some hidden system files can be quite another story however, as some might be restricted. You shouldn't do that anyway...
Hope this helps :)

They're hidden for a reason, much to my dismay. I have a standing rule. Never delete anything until you find out what it is. I break this rule a lot and it's usually with bad results.

They're usually hidden because they're system files that you don't want to mess with. Why would you want to delete them?
If you really want to you can by checking their attributes and making them accessible and deleting them, but I wouldn't advise it.
