Yes, you can be in love at 13. I was. But you're young and you will both change, grow and mature. Who you are today may not be who you are at 21, 18, 16 or even tomorrow.
No it's not bad just don't let it lead to things you should not be doing.

So talk to your mother.
Think about marriage. How will this boy be as a life partner?
Have fun enjoy your youth. Be smart.
You're not even fully grown. Discovering new sensations can be fun, but they have consequences. Feeling the warm, heart heavy feeling is neat. Get a pet.

When your 13 you can be in love with someone everyother week. It's called puppy love and if you dont' take it seriously you can learn a lot about people.
Falling in love is easy.. trust has to be earned.

i would say yes,but i also dissagree.ive fallen in love with a 15 year old and she was maddly in love with me.we made love,and it was great.we disscusted the situation together,but we agreed that age is just a number,and love is love.she was 15 and im 41.but i look like 21.i asked her to marry me when she becomes 18,she said yes and we are together and im taking good care of her,and we are very happy and to thats what counts,happiness,and love..so noits not bad,but he better be good to you and make you happier than ever.

Don't do anything stupid! Everyone is going to tell you that you are not in love, that you are too young. I know it is possible. however, keep in mind that you are still young, and you need to express your love accordingly. Mentally and Verbally. NOT PHYSICALLY! And guard your heart, cause your first love hurts.
