It depends, what do you think of a dragon as? 2 arguments: 1. They did not exist. Even though the dragon images around the world are similar, it is because people are people and have a basic instinct of fearing similar things, which had characteristics that all got put into the dragon. (scales-reptiles like snakes, fire, bat wings, claws...)
2. They did exist. People have found strange carcasses that belong to nothing that they know of, or they could have lived with the dinosaurs and just are classifyed as something else. But the breathing fire part is unlikely because it would burn itself, unless it was fire-proof. Also, people in China like some dragons, like they're good and some are bad, unlike in European legends the dragons are all bad.

I do.
I think modern scientists and historians are too arrogant to admit that things happen that they can't understand. They laughed at Columbus.
Whether the beasts in the Bible are the same as the medieval dragons, lochness monster, Chinese dragons, komodo dragon, dinosaur etc isn't very clear.
But neither creationism nor evolutionism requires nor rules out the existence of dragons. They are mentioned so much, that there had to be something there. Exactly what these dragons were, and how many species are dumped under the banner of "dragon" has not yet been determined.

There was a HUGE monitor lizard, much larger than the komodo dragon, that only became extinct around 20 thousand years ago. Early humans surely would have bumped into that monster. That might be where the legend came from.
Others have speculated that various myths were actually rooted in some truth from our ancient past. I heard that the Bigfoot/Yeti myths are from when humans co-existed with Neanderthals.
The legend of the Kraken is one that is actually true. There is documented evidence of giant or colossal squid eating sailors out of life rafts during WW II. Imagine being in a viking longboat and having to contend with something like that.

People used to believe in dragons up until the mid 19th century.
The reason for this is that dinosaur skeletons had been dug up just as they are today. However, before the mid 19th century people believed what the church told them which was that the world had been created 6,000 years ago in about a week as described in the book of genesis.
It was because they had been taught that the world was so young that the legend of dragons was born. However, since Charles Darwin showed religion to be a lie back in the mid 19th century with his Origin of Species we now know that the world is billions of years old and that dinosaurs existed and became exstinct millions of years ago.

I do. They had several stomachs and could produce hydrogen gas in their stomachs so they could fly like an airship flies using their small wings to move and steer. when they wanted to descent they breathed out the hydrogen. They had a problem when they slept as their breath had traces of hydrogen in it so they slept in caves facing the entrance and their mouth contained chemicals which ignited the hydrogen thus preventing an explosive build up of gases. They could not sleep on vegetable matter as it might burn so they collected and used gold which they moulded to their shape with their fiery breath.

Maybe the knights fought the dinosaurs and scienceis wrong about the time. Just a thought but could be right. Think about it.

I believe they existed! in fact, most of these mythical creatures may have all been real once upon a long time ago, who can be absolutely sure that they are just a figment of imagination? Science is still not able to prove everything we experience now can it?

I do. I actually watched a show about dragons, and it said that they evolved over time. They even found a dragon carcass, and said that humans during the middle ages killed off the dragons.
