Jane's Tuna Salad

1 can tuna chunks in oil, drain the excess oil
1 packet of baby leaf salad (or any veg salad)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (herb flavored one is good)
salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:
Put the veg salad in a salad bowl, add in olive oil, drizzle with lemon and then season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the tuna and toss. Or,

Serving suggestion:
Place the salad on a plate and put the tuna on top of the veg

Tuna Sandwich

1 can tuna, drained
small onion, chopped (optional)
3 tbsp. light real mayonaise
1 tbsp. salad cream (optional)
1 cup salad cress
salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:
Mix all ingredients except salad cress. Spread onto bread or plain biscuits. Top with salad cress.

2 tabelspoons mayo
1 can tuna
2 slices cheese (Any kind)
2 slices bread
Some butter

1. Combine the mayo and the tuna in a bowl.
2. Place the cheese on a slice of bread.
3. Spoon your mixture onto the slice.
4. Top with other slice.
5. Cook like a grilled cheese sandwich, put a litle butter on each side for moisture.

drain the liquid from a few cans of tuna, then in a bowl dump out the tuna, i put about 3 boiled eggs chopped up, onion about a half of a large onion, salad pickles a good many of those, sal and pepper, mayo and a tad of mustard.

Tuna, boiled eggs, an apple cut into very small pieces, mustard and Miracle Whip salad dressing. I put a few slice of jalapena pepper on my sandwich. Dill chips and onions are great too.

Depends if I want to make it for sandwiches or as a side dish
SandwichesL can if drained tuna ,2 green onions, mayo salt and pepper.
Side dish can of tuna, 3 cups of cooked elbow noodles, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 2 green onions, mayo, salt, pepper and dust with paprika.

first I start with a can of chicken
then mayo
a little pepper, a dash of spicy mustard, some minced onione, and celery seed....
mix it all up and chill
yummy
(I hate tuna)
