A friend of mine is visiting me from Sweden. She volunteers to bring a few things for me. But I don't know what's good to buy in Stockholm. Any suggestions? Cosmetic, clothes, etc. But definitely not wooden horse.

Sweden is a wonderful & great, but also an extremely expensive country, especially alcholic beverages or tobaccos are VERY expensive....Ask your friend in Sweden to bring something typical Swedish for you and that's also not too expensive for her.

Greetings from Germany

Ask your friend to bring Swedish meatballs (köttbullar — traditionally served with gravy, boiled potatoes and lingonberry jam), Swedish music, fish, meat, potatoes & spices. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweden#Culture for more.
