apart from usual diseases and ailments caused by the weather such as sunburn, frost bite, hyperthermia, dehydration, viruses which are temperature based etc the weather (which includes temp) effects your mental health. cold wet weather in winter often brings on the symptoms of SAD (seasonal affected disorder) which can cause depression.

Body temperature or air temperature? Cold body temperature gets you hypothermia and hot kills you if it gets too high.
THe other way round, body temperature is affected by your health. If you have an infection then your body temperature goes up to try to cook the bug.

Yes. The enzymes in our bodies function best at normal core body temperature. In a cold environment less of your body is at this temp. In a hot environment your body must work harder to maintian this temp. This is a speculative reasoning to explain why people in mediteranian climates tend to live longer.
