Where can I find fake (cheap) designer purses in Atlanta?

Preferably "coach" and "louis vuitton" and other brands like that. Sort of like Chinatown in NY... just in Atlanta. Any suggestions?

I want to bargain for one, from like street vendors. I don't want to spend more than $20, and I know they have them there, I just want to know where.

well just buy from a store that sells it cheap like at the mall their are no louis vuittons but in stores they sell fake ones for cheap
