Do you have recipe for a nice fat free or low fat dipping sauce for my artichokes?

Honeybunn...sounds great, I will DEFINITELY try it, but I was looking for a sauce to dip my artichokes INTO.

LOW FAT ARTICHOKE DIP

1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 diced onions
3 cans artichokes, chopped
Dash hot sauce, optional
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Romano cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
