I just read a book this morning that says look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself your ok and theres nothing to be affraid of and then give yourself compliments im going to try that today cuz i think it works!!!

I set up the coffee maker last night to have fresh coffee brewed and ready for when I woke up this morning. That's how I tell myself that I love *ME* every day. :)
