I don't see how you got sick from the metal being in your plate from KFC. I'm sure if you saw the metal you didn't eat it. So how did u get sick? If it made you sick and you want to take further action, then you should of went to the hospital.

I think you should complain to KFC. Tell them the metal in the plate you found made you sick.

You didn't say if you ate the metal, which I can't imagine why you would. So, if you didn't eat the metal, what is making you sick? It's not like it was a bug or something. I think you're just trying to make some quick money.

You need to contact the KFC main office for your area and tell them what happened and see what they have to say. You should be able to get the phone number from the KFC you bought it from. If they are no help call a lawyer and do like the lady did who spilled hot coffee on her from McDonald's SUE THE STUFFING out of them.

Metal on your plate can't hurt you. Swallowing the metal can. If you've swallowed a piece of metal, you probably will know about it - it can cut you and you will bleed - especially as it it exiting your body. If it hasn't hurt you, forget about it.

If you have a witness, call a lawyer. Those things are often best settled out of court, to avoid publicity - but chances are KFC will pay something
