just type "custom shoes" into google and you will get a list of places to customize and order shoes, from sneakers to flats, to stripper shoes

go to a good craft store, like Michael's ( if you live in new york)
they should have many many htings to choose from..most of all be creative...you can add flowers, paint, rhinestones etc...
