There is no polish that can weaken or strengthen your nails...it comes from within.......try a good calcium supplement

Funny you should ask this....since I stopped wearing nail polish my nails grow like crazy. Now that I don't want long nails, my computer is far more important to type I have to end up "cutting" my nails because they are so strong & grow quicker. I do like the natural look anyways.

I know it does mine. I buff using a chamois buffer and buffing cream (you can get them at beauty supply stores) once a week and use the buffer daily for a shine-up for about 1 minute per hand. A benefit is no chipping and my nails are much stronger since I started doing this. The shine is as good as with clear nail polish.

yes nail polish weaken our nails as it stops oxygen supply to our nails .

nail paints don weaken as of strength but do cut of breething of nails.. although nails are dead but the do turn yellow if a bad quality paints are used as they cut of air contact..

it could possibly damage ur nails. u must use an undercoat, because it stains nails n turns em yellow if u dont!
