eat fish. and eat a lot of carbs. it helps when u work out well my brother plays football and he has to gain a alot muscle weight so he drink "Muscle Milk" it's real good too...you can get from any GNC store...but you have to work out or you'll just get fat Eat tons of protein. You should be eating 1gram per pound of body weight to gain significant muscle. Some high protein foods are- Protein Shakes/Bars (Muscle Milk, like the other poster mentioned, is great!) Tuna Chicken Eggs Nuts Any other meat At 14 why would you be so concerned about getting muscles but lol You need to intake LOTS AND LOTS of PROTEIN and stay far far far away from fatty foods and junk food try eating lots of lean cuts of meat and protein shakes for breakfast in the morning is a good idea too and a healthy diet, fruits, vegetables the whole deal and along with weight lifting, include lots of cardio into your workout to lose overall body fat so you'll be able to see the cuts in your muscles make sure to get a good nights sleep to allow your muscles to rest and grow. Keep pumping that iron and good luck Mr. Muscle Man

Nutritious foods low in fat. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Watch your protein and fat, you don't want to cause other problems like high cholesterol while you're building muscle. Do aerobic exercise to burn off body fat and encourage long lean muscles and weight lifting to further increase muscle mass. Take your time, build muscle safely, it won't happen overnight.

eat a healthy balanced diet.
protein, veggies, fruits, skim milk, orange juice...
foods can't bulk out muscle. your body is genetically programmed for muscle size. what a healthy diet can do is keep your body running perfectly, which will give you energy to work out.
