ive done the last lvl and i have all territorys and all houses

you have to do all sub-missions and side quests, like the taxi driver runs and similar. you can finish the game at about 50% completion, but to get 100% completion you have to do all the sub-missions.

have you completes all of the missions? Also if you have used cheats then sorry mate, but you can NEVER complete the game 100%, if you use cheats the game will only complete 99% so you have to start all over again without using cheats to complete it 100%!! Im stuck on 99% because i used the money cheat to boost my bank balance lol!!
