Numerical Aperture: Assuming a geometrical interpretation it is the cone of acceptance of light into a fiber with the cone's apex centered on the core of the fiber.

Attenuation is the amount of loss experienced as light travels down the fiber -- typically expressed in dB/mi or dB/km

Dispersion: Primary loss phenomenon of optical fiber. Rayleigh scattering being the most dominant. it's what gives fiber it's 1/λ^4 loss characteristic.
