You're joking right?

Bleach contains chlorine, and chlorine is poisoinous.

Uses a water of tea tree oil (mix 8 OZs water with 10-12 drops of tea tree oi; and shake well. and use this as a gargle.

Other good alternatives would be warm salt water, warm sage tea, mouth wash.

LOL! What does bleach mean to you? Have you read the warnings on the bleaching product? Bleach can't and should not be ingested.
Drink warm liquids. Honey or lemon tea is a time-tested remedy.
Gargle several times a day with warm salt water. (1/2 tsp of salt in 1 cup water.)
Cold liquids or popsicles help some sore throats.
Sucking on hard candies or throat lozenges can be very soothing, because it increases saliva production. This is often as effective as more expensive remedies, but should not be used in young children because of the choking risk.
Use a cool-mist vaporizer or humidifier to moisten and sooth a dry and painful throat.
Try over-the-counter pain medications, such as acetaminophen. DO NOT give aspirin to children.

No. It could make you very ill. You should probably go to the doctor. You may need an antibiotic. Until then, you could gargle with warm salt water or Listerine. You could also take pain medication such as aspirin or Tylenol. Eat foods that won't bother your throat such as soup, jello mashed potato. Some say that drinking pineapple juice helps too. Feel better.

Avoid Listerine. or any other off the shelf mouthwash.... They contain alcohol..... Alcohol is drying to the skin (the lining of the mouth is still skin!) It will end up causing mouth ulcers or much worse. By the way a dry mouth causes bad breath so go figure that one out.
Anyway back to the sore throat - stick to good old fashioned salt and warm water. Honey and lemon in hot water at night is also very soothing.

I would not encourage it. In VERY small amounts mixed with water, chlorine bleach is often used to purify potentially contaminated drinking water, but the amount would be too small to have any effect on your sore throat.

Rather, try mixing equal portions of hydrogen peroxide and warm salt water. It is an excellent remedy for sore throats and quite safe.

Bleach is mainly Chlorine. Chlorine is poisonous.

So if you gargle with Chlorine you run the risk of getting poisoned and perishing.

Try to gargle with a potent mouthwash. It will help in reducing the congestion of your sore throat.

Good Luck!

God lord NO....bleach is not for oral disinfectant......its for surface disinfectant or laundry use , things like that . Try using table salt and water as warm as you can stand it. The water needs to be cloudy looking. Just a small glass, like 6 oz. It will take the soreness out. Also, this is still cold and flu season and it could be something more serious. Go see your doctor just incase. Good luck and NO BLEACH !!!!!!!!

NO!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS... you will burn your mouth and bleach is poison.. Please do gargle with salt & water instead. Drink hot water with thyme and a nugget of unsalted butter or drink cold apple juice it will help soothe your sore throat.

Obviously bleach is the wrong thing to use...if you put a little peroxide in with your mouthwash it will help kill the germs. Better yet...just use Listerine...that's what it was invented for!
