You should ask first somebody in your family to help you. And stay in school, where you aren't doing too well.

Hi,

I was like you at 14.. and sadly for me I allowed everyone's opinions feed my personal fears.. I'm now mid 30's and just set up a recording studio as I never managed to perform..

Most of my friends were jealous of my singing skills and made every effort to knock me down..

I now want to teach kids one simple thing.. HAVE A GO!!

don't hold back.. you are so young that if you just start now.. you will definately make it.. the key is to ignore anyone who says you cant do it.. ignore then ignore then ignore them!!!!

Practice as much as you can .. the better trained you are now.. the better your singing will be as you mature.. i had singing lessons at age 16.. and was very good.. but I quit because everyone wrote me off.. now it is my biggest regret because I can still sing very well.. but I missed my opportunity.. once you get older.. you will ahve too many other priotities.. so do it now!!

if you can learn an instrument to accompany you.. and also learn to dsance a bit you will become an all round performer/entertainer and give yourself the best chance of sucess.. dont limit yourself JUST to singing.. and most improtantly.. learn ot read and write music.. this will come in very handy when you get older as it will set you apart from all the others..

at a young age.. everyone DREAMS of being a singer or performer.. but only very very few will still have that dream in 5 years.. if you stick to it.. you'll find one day that you will be one of the best around.. so get to it.. what are you doing online reading silly emials.. go practice your singing, or your music skills.. or even dancing skills.. come on.. stop wasting your time.. you should be spending at least 2-4 hours EVERY day practicing your skills.. and I mean EVERY DAY!! you can take one weekend off per month..

Good luck..

Well wait till your sixteen then go on American Idol...if it still exists. Also you shouldn't decide what your destiny is if you are only under 14 years of age. Have at least other dreams to look foward to in case the other one doesn't work. Good Luck!!

Well, take your parents with you, and someone else who has heard what you sound like; your parents will always be behind you but the other person should be someone who could give an opinion without seeming too biased. Good Luck!

Practice.

Ask your parents to pay for singing lessons. Talk to your singing instructor. But don't expect to become famous overnight.

In the meantime, pay attention to your education. There is nothing more boring than a teenage sensation who can't speak the mother tongue. (Learn how to use the spell check.)

You'll do well.
Your inability to spell 'voice', 'pretty', and 'seriously' will serve you well in the land of talentless bimbos.
