Any type should go with them
I would try one that is more casual less tuxedo looking
maybe even toward casual and with a non traditional type collar.
I would go with one that doesn't have obvious pockets.
Make sure it matches the navy blue and if possible get one that the fabrics work together

it all depnds upon what type of fabric the trousers are ...
and if they pinstripes are thick or thin.
if they are thin and the fabric is wool....then your jacket has to be in a heavier material...cashmere, wool, fine worsted wool or leather...
if the trousers are more casual and cotton..then you can wear a cotton blazer...
as for colour...grey, any shade of blue, .
if they are cotton..then..think of a white jacket for the summer...
