I would have (and hold on to your shorts cause this is gonna be quite the list) chicken fry steak, biscuits w/gravy, cheese grits, fried apples, sausage, eggs, probably some cherry pie or a fudge sundae to wash it down.
I wanna be completely inebriated before I go!

I would eat fugu, a Japanese dish served from the meat of the pufferfish that is poisonous if incorrectly prepared. I figure if I'm gonna eat it might as well be last meal anyway.

Definitely chicken alfredo with all the alfredo sauce in the world. In fact, I'd eat so much alfredo sauce with my last meal that I'd die because of it and not the reason I was going to die of after my last meal!
