hi i need a document about all olympics result ( not only medal winner ) can anyone help me ?

Do you even know how many results there are? There has been about 50 Olympic games with the summer having about 500+ events and the winter with 150+ events. Besides, I don't think you can even find all the results of each event. Good luck trying.
