Mary Kay has a GREAT product called SATIN LIPS. It is a two part system that has a "lip mask" to buff away dry skin, then a Lip balm to properly moisturize. Suggested retail is $9.50 each, or you can buy the set for $18.
You can purchase Mary Kay products on-line through http://www.marykay.com, or you can find a local consultant in your area (again, use the website to do that) and they probably can give it to you right away! Don't trust eBay...most of those people are selling used products or EXPIRED products!!!
Hope this helps....it is a great product, and I have never heard of another product that offers a "lip mask!" Other products just moisturize, but don't get rid of the damaged skin that is there!

Burt's bees makes a great lip balm. It is more nourishing to the lips than vasoline or chapstick, etc. It now even comes in lip tints. It's great, you can get them in a natural tint with slight sheen, thus making your lips soft, kissable and inviting. Even my husband noticed my lips were softer. You can find it anywhere you find Burt's Bees products. CVS, Walgreens, more and more places are carrying it. Our gym (lifetime fitness) now carrys it in their shop.

I use pure lanolin, it works great as a lip gloss but it also gives you soft kissable lips if you sleep with it on. Try it once and you will see, it is incredible!
I prefer lansinoh brand lanolin, because it is safe for infants and breast feeding mothers use it to deal with chapped breasts.
Also, stay hydrated! drink water regularly and stay hydrated to avoid drying out your lips. stay out of the wind and cold with those lips!

after you have washed your face..take a small brush..child's toothbrush...very very gently brush your lips.just a little bit.
use Smith's Rosebud salve. Sophora carries it.
it is the best lip balm. it is inexpensive, lasts a long time.
