I prefer hard-boiled.....haha I'm eating two right now which isn't good considering the amount of cholesterol in the yolk but who cares when you're hungry

soft boiled, but the yoke has to be very hot, with a pinch of salt. I have a microwave egg cooker (steams the outside) so they are perfect every time 4min 15 sec on high

I prefer a fried egg between two slices of wholemeal bread, with a bit of salt and lots of mayonnaise.
