why do U think some people in sri lanka,india,west indies etc are dark in colour? can you explain me.sorry, but i just want to know.
again sorry for hurting their feelings .

Im Hispanic but of a dark complexion (Colombian). There is brown skin, dark skin everywhere. People from Africa migrated to different states thats why we have so many countries with dark people.

The first humans were Africans so this may explain patterns of migration - ie they moved to Sri Lanka, India etc. . I have seen for example that people from Papua New Guinea, Indonesia etc have very African features.
West Indians or African Caribbeans are black because we were transported there by white nations as slaves

Maybe part of migration thousands of years ago...people tend to believe there wasn't exploration done until Colombus times. But it definitely cannot be true. People in New Guinea for example are very dark and resemble Africans...Who knows the world is so small now...there is such a mix of races that we should all be color blind now...........
