Why is a live preformance better than a recorded song? Give me your opinion.

Try it some time. You get to experience the people, the intensity, get a lot different view than the camera takes. You get to see the slips and goofs and how they recover from them. It's a personal experience and a memory that outlasts any video. The downside, traffic, poor seats, no volume control.

If you have a live performace, rather than a recording, you can change it up a little, make it your own style a little, takes a section a little fast,er a littler slower, if singing, you can change the key so it fits your voice better.

Everyone can get pumped up by a live crowd, which can make your perfomrance better.

This is only a matter of opinion.

I happen to feel the recording studio is the perfect stage for most material.
