Listen to me: If you have any friend in Kerala -then ask them to fetch you Home Made coconut oil from there...apply them regularly for 15 days..and see the changes..If at all you did not find any changes then apply Ayurveda hair oil. You will get in any kerala Ayurvedic Shop.

In future do not use shampoo very often. If you have capacity then suit the H and S company for compensation!

I have a short high maintenance cut that over time has cause me to damage my hair, so I was having a similar problem. I was looking online one day and found an interesting natural hair repair formula that I decided to try out. I LOVED IT!

They called it an avocado hair mask.
What you do is take one very ripe avocado, a banana (the softer the better for both the banana and the avocado so they blend smoother, faster, and more evenly), 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, an egg (the last two are very moisturizing), and a tablespoon of honey (for a healthy shine) together in your blender. Blend until the mask is the consistancy of cake batter, with no chunks. Apply about one fourth of the mask to your hair. The instructions said you only had to leave it on for 10 minutes, but in my experience when youre trying to really see results you have to leave it on for at least 20 minutes. I put mine on and watched a movie. When you're done just shampoo and condition as usual. You're probably going to have to shampoo twice bc the avocada leaves a strong guacamole smell if you don't shampoo twice.

My hair felt and looked like a baby's hair. My coworkers were even asking what i did to my hair because it looked great.

If all of that sounds a little too complicated or you dont have a blender the article said that there was a great premade version called Lush H'Suan Wen Hua Hair Moisturizer for $13.50.

Good luck!

here are some tips on..How To Treat Dry Hair

Hair normally has a moisture content of approximately 10%. If your hair’s moisture content drops below this level the key is to increase the hair’s ability of attract and retain moisture. This is accomplished by using moisturizers.

Good ones have "humectants" that not only replace lost moisture but actually attract moisture and retain it in the cortex of the hair. Essential fatty aids (EFA’s) are great moisturizers. One of the best and most cost effective essential fatty acids is safflower oil. It is the kind you can buy to cook with. It is rich in EFA’s.

The scalp produces the best EFA’s called sebum. The problems is once the hair grows past the neck line or does not have direct contact with the scalp the scalps natural oils can not be utilized throughout the hair shaft.

You can manually replace the lost EFA’s by:

* Placing 1 or 2 drops of safflower oil in your palms and rub them together.
* There should only be enough to make your hands "shine" in the light.
* Carefully take your hair (while dry) and "scrunch" the small amount of oil to the ENDS first and work toward the scalp.
* Leave this in your hair.
* 1-2 drops of safflower oil on dry hair is so small, you won’t notice it is there.

Doing the above as often as necessary will ensure your dry hair will have the proper amount of humectants to attract and reatin moisture. The key is that a small amount will go a long way.

hmm..i would probably suggest rubbing Virgin Olive oil onto your hair. Or perhaps Almond oil..it should give ur hair its lustre back. rub some into ur hair and leave it for an hour or two, then use Pantene Shiny Hair Shampoo. Should work. I use the Shiny hair shampoo and my hair is quite shiny. =]] Btw, dont use Head&Shoulders. Nvr really liked tht brand. I used it sometime ago and it gave me a dry flaky scalp. So horrible and I've nvr had this kind of problem before. Try Pantene or Herbal Esscence.

Try applying egg and ripe banana(mashed) alternately everyday for 15 days. It sure helps me....After applying, keep for 30 mins and rinse. Eat healthy and apply a good conditiner everytime you shampoo. And you should never shampoo everyday. Be it of any make. The banana and egg therapy should make your hair smooth and shiny. And you should continue putting egg or banana once every 15 days.
And pleaseeeeeee stop using head and shoulders !

If you shampooed your hair for 1 month straight, then that dryed your hair out.Head&Shoulders has the tendency to dry hair out with anyother shampoo. What I sugguest is you go to your local Hair supply store(Ex.Sallys Hair&Beauty,Gates,Hair Connection ECT)and get Hair Colestrol, and Hair Mayo. The Hair Colestrol, will actually Grow the hair,so you can cut the Chemical out of your hair and go natural, and the Mayo,is just basically a conditioner, that you wash out,so its NOT A LEAVE IN CONDITIONER!Try the Colestrol, and I bet you,you can grow the chemical out, within 3 weeks.

ok, buy a new shampoo or conditioner with natural shine treatmeant in it.
if it is a shampoo: switch the use of Head and Shoulders and ur new shampoo so you can get both treatments.
If it is a conditioner: use this one more often and make not to rinse all of it out. not like you can still feel the conditioner in yourhair, but u can definately feel teh smoothness.
im sure that will help. And if it doesnt work try conditoning twice.

The faster way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made; that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth

the thing is the shampoo you are using are not compatible to your hair, try to use a conditioner and dont use head and shoulders from now on and dont use too many shampoo on your head it will cause falling hair and dryness, just use enough and use the correct shampoo, cause some shampoos are using too much chemicals try to use palmolive or sunsilk , or some good quality shampoo and try to use conditioner co'z it will help back the good quality of your hair, uhmm try to use creamsilk conditioner co'z it's really good, i used it and now i have smooth and silky hair now, just careful using shampoo and take care of it
