how can i capture my videos from my camera in high quality from a program ?

If you have windows xp, Movie Maker is a great program. Find it under start-all programs-accessories. If your camera isn't a DV camera (hard drive, flash memory), you can also use movie maker to import your video. Instead of clicking capture video, click import video and if your camera is connected and turned on, it should show up as a removable drive. Open it and import your videos. Hope this helps!
