Eskimos who eat mainly fish, seal oil and whale meat rather than beef and butter have a low incidence of heart disease. How do you explain this?

Fish, seal and whale meat are very rich in omega-3, which is the healthiest polyunsaturate. You do get some in beef and butter as well, but none at all in margarine, corn oil and sunflower oil. The latter 3 are most likely some of the main problems with our food, as incidences of cancer, heart disease and serious allergies like asthma (to name but a few) have all rocketed since they became major parts of our diet.

Do a search on omega-3 and you'll soon see what I mean.

Fish from the oceans does not have all of the chemical additives of commercially sold beef, port, turkey or chicken.
