That is wonderful. But, do you know His Son Jesus Christ? Do you have a personal relationship with them? My advice is to not get caught up in the 'religious' aspect of being a Christian. What do I mean by that?

Unfortunately, many people have become tangled in a web of religious laws and rules, that are man-made. Instead of having a relationship with God / Yahweh / Jehovah or His Son Jesus Christ / Yeshua.

Also, some seem to have forgotten that we are told by Yahweh to support Israel; no matter what. Since we (Christians) have our roots in Jewish traditions and customs. So, if you can find a church in your area that celebrates this fact, you will truely be blessed.

Don't get too caught up in any teaching, that says 'we are in the last days'. According to the Bible, only God knows when Judgement Day will come.

Remember that you can pray directly to God and Jesus Christ.

According to the Bible, you can also confess all your sins directly to God, you don't necessarily need or have to "confess to a priest". God is able and powerful enough, to not only hear your pray, but because you believe in His Son Jesus Christ; He will forgive you all your sins.

According to the Bible, we are to say a prayer once. Constantly repeating a prayer is not necessary, nor is it the way God wants us to pray/talk to Him or His Son. For example, the way the Catholics say "Hail Mary", "The Rosary", and "Our Father", three or more times in a row.

Do not get caught up in praying, in the name of anyone; except God or Jesus Christ. Like saints or Mary the mother of Jesus Christ. Praying in this fashion is a form of Idolatry, according to the Bible. Again, we are able and permitted to go directly to the source; God and Jesus Christ - whom the Bible says is Our ONLY Intercessor.

Being 'born again' simply means, that you have had a Water Baptism, in the name of God (The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). At that time, the Holy Spirit is poured out on you.

There is no such thing as 'speaking in tongues', the way that some churches teach. That has been misinterpreted, it only means that the people miraculously began speaking other languages of foreign nations. For example, I do not know Russian, but suddenly God made me able to speak and understand that language or 'tongue'.

Faith does not save a person. If you are helped, it is a gift, grace, of the Almighty YHVH. Most people have faith in something else, which cannot save. And in the end most people will choose to be lost rather than come to the Savior YAHOSHUA for salvation!

The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.

True faith, and salvation comes from Scripture. No organized religion is close. There is a heavenly father YHVH. There is a divine/human Savior YAHOSHUA.

Prayer for eternal life with God:

"Dear God, I believe you sent your son, Jesus, to die for my sins so I can be forgiven. I'm sorry for my sins, and I want to live the rest of my life the way you want me to. Please put your spirit in my life to direct me. Amen."

Set aside some time each day to pray and read your bible. Locate other Christians to spend time with on a regular basis. This is the best way to start to know more about God.

There is no god but He,
The Living, the Everlasting,
Slumber seizes Him not, neither sleep,
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth.
Who is there that can intercede with His, except by His leave?
He knows what lies before them and what is after them,
And they comprehend not anything of His Knowledge save as He wills.
His throne comprises the heavens and the earth,
The preserving of them fatigues Him not,
And He is the All-High, All-Glorious.
