When you take them out pretend there is a glass of water on your pan filled to the extreme top. If you tilt a little it will spill or if you set down to hard (very important) it will spill. That should fix you problem. Baked goods hate movement while cooking and just coming out of the oven.

some one doing jumping jacks in front of your stove and shaking the oven? opening the door of the oven continually checking if the cupcakes are done yet over filling each cup!! this will cause it to run over while cooking then falling before removal from oven. * fill each cup no more than half full * do not open the oven until minimum time for cakes to cook * get rid of over active people in the house before baking.

Hi, are you using a boxed cake mix? Well, this may sound odd, but maybe your eggs aren't fresh? This happens to me sometimes and I make mine without real eggs, I use Egg Beaters. When mine fall, that is the only thing I am doing different. Fresh eggs do make all the difference. Good luck! **Your cupcake probably still taste great though.

Maybe your oven temperature is off a little. Try baking them a little longer. It just sounds like they are not getting done all the way through.
