Why do you judge who is ugly and who is beautiful? I don't think God looks at our outer appearances anyway. Our minds, our souls, and our capacity for good is modeled after the likeness of God. I don't think it has anything to do with how we look.
I think ALL humans, as long as they do good things, are beautiful. I couldn't care less what we look like on the outside.

Perhaps they are ugly because we fail to see their beauty. But nowhere in Torah do we find an assertion that as G-d looked upon Adam, He found Himself looking into a mirror. Were it so, would Moses have survived looked upon Aaron, who would likewise have been created in His image? Remember the passage that told us that no man could look upon the Lord his G-d and live?
We are at best a poor reflection of our creator, perhaps touched by the Divine but certainly in no way equal to He who made us.

Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder, I've built some things that I know wouldn't be judged as first rate. But I could
see the beauty in my work, Knowing I did my personal best.
Physical beauty is even more subjective!

Without the Ugly, we wouldn't have been able to understand what "beauty" means...

God creates only perfection, when we are able to see that perfection in ourselves we will see it in all creation.

Because you're not supposed to judge things by how they look.
