First impressions do not tell us the substance of a person.
I Samuel 16:7 "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."
You are a superfical person and I pray that one day you will realize, that just because a woman is considered beautiful on the outside; does not mean that she is pretty on the inside. In other words, she could in your eyes, have a gorgeous body, but how is her personlity? Ask yourself, why you are interesting in her.
Is it because when you are with her, it makes you feel like the 'life of the party'?
Is it because she turns heads and you enjoy all the attention?
Is she your "eye-candy" or "a bragging item to your buddies"?

may there was a way to make a ugly women beautiful such as hold the weight under control, nice make up and wear a nice dress they make an ugly women lovely too.

Ugly/beautiful these are opinions and all opinions are subjective to the one spouting them. Different people find beauty in different things. For instance I may decide to punish those who can't be bothered to spell correctly when putting up a post on Yahoo.
On the other hand I may decide that my own grammar/spelling is sometimes weak and forgive it .. whose to say.
