Some friends of mine got into this stupid discussion on this subject : What's the best way to remove hair from the chest and tummy area without having to deal with it growing back the way it does on your arms and legs (of course it grows back, but before you remove it the first time it doesn't look that bad, small short bright hair, but when it grows back it looks worse).
What do you think ?

Guys, this is a question for girls. And when you say chest hair it's not the way you picture it, we's not guys and don't get your kind of chest hair (we don't get that hairy - ew)

Go to a professional waxer. They will wax the area (no matter how small) and it will take about 3-4 weeks before the hair grows back. Plus the hair will grow back even thinner. If you keep doing this, and your lucky, the hair may go away all together. Either way, having it grow back thinner is a great benefit.

On the other hand, if you think the hair in the area is too small to wax, then use tweezers to pluck it out. With tweezers it may take about 2 weeks for it to grow back. (With tweezers it will NOT grow back thinner, However...if you continue to pluck , you may be lucky and it may not grow back.

*Just a note to NOT bleach the hair if you have tanned or darker skin, because the hair will stand out against your skin rather than blending in, which I don't think you would want that.

I'm guessing you mean those lil hairs that catch the light and look worse than they are...?

My friend is of italian heritage and she has the worst back hair in the world!

Try bleaching it.

Ignire the old wives tale hair grows back worse! It doesn't. The ahir follicle can't change shape, but don't bother shaving or waxing it anyways it just grows back.

Just bleach it then noone can see it.

No fuss, no muss!

i use an epilater from argos for my tummy
you can get them for about 30 or 40 pounds
an epilator is something that pulls out all the hairs.
and it always grows back thinner
and first its painful but you can get ones with an ice pack which you can attach to it so that it helps numb your skin.
this epilator is only if you dont wanna use wax, or go salon every week or when ever, then epilating is the next thing.

then maybe when your older and have the money you can get the laser or electrosis treatment

You find some odd things just randomly googling stuff.. Even for a boy I don't have chest hair... You could try waxing if really bothered you that much, otherwise I doubt anyone would care unless they're making comments about it..

They sell these gels in beauty salons and some drug stores that you can 'wipe away' the hair and it doesn't hurt.

Also, you might want to check with a doc, because sometimes you get hair there because of polycysticovary syndrome. This usually appears on the face as well.

Dye it instead, otherwise i would have thought it keeps growing back like leg hair

Try laser or electrolysis for permanent removal, it's not cheap though.
