This guy i work with asked me out.I said no because i have no feelings toward him.I actually have feelings for someone else i work with. i know this guy that asked me out really likes me.was i wrong to say no.

Somehow you're wrong, why? you know very this guy likes you. but you didn't say yes to him because you'vce got no feelings for him.. What about the other guy you have feelings for? what if the other guy doesn't have feelings for you too, or the guy pretended to have feelings for you?
Is better you go for someone that has feelings for you, forget the fact thjat you don't have feelings for him, you could if you would, it's not necessary to let your feelings show immediately, but i belive with time, things could work because this guy that has feelings for he's really content to love you for who you..
Why don't you just make the right choice now, and give him a chance even if you didn't mean it, just pretend and with time you'll fall for him, or just go to this other guy you have feelings for, and also pretend, then later make your choice by choosing the right one..

All depends what your heart says.
If you are working with him as well, it may be a bit awkward situation if you don't like him. Imagine he comes to kiss you, and beause you are not fancying him, you feel discusted. Next day you will have to see his face at work... yaks...
go for someone you are interested in, that way the taste of kiss will be saucy and spicy...

No. By saying yes, you would have given him hope in the long run. Isnt it better that you tell him now then later so he could also move on? And you move on with your own life. Chill out.

yes! u did wrong cuz u hurt him ,u should out with him at that time u will tell him the truth about ur feeling then he will be thankful to u cuz u didn't refused him either u haven't feeling for him. i hope u can understand my opinion cuz i'm not so good in english.thank u!

hmm i know of people who only developed feelings after some time. i mean u could have alternatively just got out with him as friends to get to know him better and who knows what might unfold.
anyway is not like he is asking u to be his gf there and then.

no, it wasn't wrong, because if you'd said yes then he might have gotten his hopes up that you like him too, but since you don't you did exactly the right thing.
