If cops in the UK are allowed to get away with gunning down unarmed people in the street, whats stopping them gunning you down tomorrow?

Firearms police in the UK are NOT highly trained at all. Their training is next to useless. They should come to the USA and train with the boy scouts.

They're not. The police service in the UK is, for a start, one of the only ones in the world in which almost nobody carries a gun. The De Menzies incident was one horrible coc,k-up, and it's not going to be repeated. If a policeman gunned me down in the street for no reason, he'd be in jail pretty quickly. But, as he would be a trained policeman, he'd have no reason to unless you were threatening someone's life.

They have Laws and training. What stops you from gunning down a police officer or a fellow citizen today? The police in the UK as in the USA and other western nations have a pretty good track record of NOT shooting innocents. Where as the common criminal has a pretty good record of shooting innocents.
