people who are educated & skills to do something in their country but their country law do not permit or they have no money to work on the project or in other sence they cannot want to avail the loan facilitie's or they have not sufficient ////////

Even though you are an educated and skilled worker, there is no means of public funding for helping migration... I'm saying you have to get the money to pay the fees to apply.

Also, if country you live in has no work for the educated, it is a good idea to join the Peace Corp.

yes i thinked its the best recourse is to immigrate under the skilled worker/independent visa.lots of countries now open for foreign educated and skilled workers like london, canada, and even the USA. most of the companies hired people like you because they know most of you are hardworking and not too demanding unlike most of the locals.there's no problem anyway to these countries accepting you because you will come in legal ways, and pay tax and help their economy.

Educated and skilled workers usually look for other jobs in other countries if there is no vacancy for work in the home country.
