Well to just give a straight answer I would say it is NOT rape. But giving it more thought and looking at it from different prospective, If the other person is UNDER 16 and the other person is older than 18 the minor can want sex all day and night long, BUT it IS rape as they are NOT old enough. BUT just because a person does not say no does not make them a willing participant. They could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and this even if it is indirectly could and can be construed as rape. This again is looking at the bigger picture.

If the women does not give her consent it is rape. No matter how you look at it. Some women are so scared that the only way the see of gettin through it is to put their mind in another place while it is happenin. And maybe if ppl didnt make such a joke out of rape and didnt trivialize it then mayb more men and women wld come forward. If that person is not ready to hav sex and or has not sed that it is consensual then it is rape.

If she didn't say No or didn't put up a struggle, then it's not rape. However, if she was under age 18 then it's rape under the law's of all states in the U.S.A.

Even if she didnt put up a struggle or verbally say no doesnt mean it was not rape. Many women fear for there lives and the only way they think that they will make it thro such an ordeal is to jst block out wat is happenin and wait till its over. Some are so traumatised that they jst try to block the entire event out. If a women does not consent IT IS rape.

if she's underage, no matter how consensual it is, it wil be considered rape.. but to ma knowledge, it wont be considered rape if da girl didnt say no or struggle.. but if she doesnt move, maybe she's juz too scared or too trauma to say anything.. so to be on da safe side wit the law, dont do it..

No man is dumb enough not to know whether she is consenting or not consenting. It is the evidence which proves one way or the other if she files a complaint. The problem with men is they think they enjoy more or perhaps they do when they force their lust on unconsenting women. They wouldn't otherwise touch the same one if she made advances.

that wouldn't be rape unless shes underage, or knocked out. if so, its considered rape because she isn't old enough to make a smart decision to say no, or she cant say no because shes unconscious.
