Relax....there are no age restrictions on such things!
When the time is right, you will know. Don't pressure yourself by thinking that you have to have done this or that, by a certain age.
Let it happen, when it happens.....don't worry. You are perfectly normal and it all happens at different ages for everyone.

youre never too old. life doesnt require you to kiss a girl by a certain age. when it happens it will happen. youre really just wasting youre time worrying about something such as this.
